Mr. Mimms has 25 years of Healthcare experience including over a decade with G.E. As a person diagnosed with Dyslexia at an early age, Bill understands the challenges and advantages of learning differences, and he uses these experiences to benefit On The Spectrum Foundation by connecting his many industry contacts. Bill and John have known each other for over 30 years and he has personally witnessed many of John’s successes and struggles. With this background he is a valuable asset at OTSF, and helps guide our vision through his awareness and involvement.
